WHY TO INVEST ΟΝ ΝΗ-8 DELHI-JAIPUR HIGHWAY

National Highway 8 (NH 8) is a 4-lane (6-Lane in most parts of Gujarat and between Delhi-Jaipur) National Highway in India. According to estimates, it is the busiest highway in the subcontinent, as it connects the national capital Delhi to the financial capital Mumbai, as well as important cities Gurgaon, Jaipur, Ajmer, Udaipur, Ahmedabad, Vadodara, Surat, Nadiad, Anand and Kheda. The total length is 1428km. (1) Under the new numbering it has become part of the NH-148. 

The highway is part of the Golden Quadrilateral project undertaken by National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) and was the first section to be completed. The Delhi-Gurgaon Expressway, Jaipur-Kishangarh Expressway, and Ahmedabad Vadodara Expressway are part of NH 8. Before entering downtown Mumbai, NH 8 passes through nearly all the suburbs on the western line of Mumbai Suburban Railway, where it is popularly known as Western Express Highway. 

DMIC 

Delhi Mumbai Industrial Corridor has been developed jointly by Indian and Japanese Govt. Out of 1540 kms of DMIC. 553 kms will be in Rajasthan (аррох.40%), with 2 investment regions. Node 7 will be Khushkhera-Bhiwadi-Neemrana investment region (KBNIR). 

JAPANESE ZONES 

RIICO in association with JETRO is developing phase 3 of Japanese Zone which is about 500 acres. Phase 1 of Japanese zone is in Dreamline whereas Phase 2 is being developed in Ghilot. Both the zones cover appox. 1200 acres of land. 

FACILITIES 

38 National Universities have been sanctioned for Dreamline. MIT, Raffles University, School of Aeronautics etc are already functional Some of the hospital Max Force Hospital, City Hospital etc are in close proximity.
